The recession may have hit other segments, but ecological produce seems to be continuing its triumphant progress on foreign markets, rising a full 40 percent in 2008, according to the latest figures from Statistics Denmark.
Following record sales in 2007, when exports of ecological goods increased by 73 percent – a period of stagnation had been forecast, but the latest figures from Statistics Denmark show another story.
