Police are visible throughout the Danish capital today as the first major demonstration of the COP15 Climate Summit prepares to get under way, with thousands of demonstrators and activists expected to make their way to the Bella Center.
The demonstration, which has been prepared for some time, is tabled as a peaceful one, but police are also wary of activists remaining in the city centre to demonstrate, as well as suggestions that other demonstrators may try to break through the Bella Center fencing.
