Copenhagen police have detained more than 700 people during Saturday’s various demonstrations, some of them as a result of stone-throwing, some preventively detained and some possibly also innocent demonstrators.
Most of those arrested were in Amagerbrogade in the inner city where some 400 were seated on the road tarmac with hands tied behind their backs with plastic strips.
