Copenhagen Municipal Court court has rejected an injunction sought by the military against a publishing house in the case of a book written by a former commando.
The court said that the military had rendered it probable that the book contained confidential information, that it should be kept confidential for military and security reasons as well as in safeguarding Denmark’s relations to foreign powers.
