Prime Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen will not be presenting a new Danish draft agreement at the COP15 summit, we have been told.
Danish delegation sources say that the countries themselves will now have to shoulder responsibility for further negotiations adding that hopes for a major climate agreement in Copenhagen seem dashed.
