The case in the United States against a Danish woman alleged to have been involved in narcotics offences has been ruled to fall under the Statute of Limitations, according to the woman’s Danish lawyer.
“The court upheld our contention. Now we have to see whether the decision is appealed. I think they will, as there is a lot of prestige involved in this case,” Counsellor Michael Juul Eriksen tells TV2 News.
