Five Nordic juries have chosen the Copenhagen restaurant Noma as the best restaurant in the Nordic region, adding yet another acclaim to the only Danish restaurant to have two Michelin stars.
Noma – which is a semi-acronym for NOrdisk MAd (Nordic Food) - beat Sweden’s Restaurant Mathias Dahlgren, Norway’s Bagatelle, Iceland’s Dill and Finland’s Savoy to take the honours.
