Hospital introduces security sluice

The national hospital Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen has introduced security entrance sluices at its trauma centre in order to safeguard staff and patients against agitated and aggressive visitors, according to avisen.dk.

The sluices, which will become functional this week have been produced using reinforced glass and have two doors. Staff will be able to study visitors on in-house cameras or directly through windows before allowing entry.
