Housing prices have begun to rise for the first time in two years, although prices for detached housing and flats are still lower than Q4 2008, according to the latest figures from the Association of Danish Mortgage Banks and the Danish Mortgage Banks Federation.
From Q3 to Q4 2009, apartment prices rose 1.3 percent while detached and semi-detached housing prices rose 0.2 percent.
