The AOC restaurant run by Chefs Ronny Emborg and Michael Munk and Owner-Sommelier Christian Aarø has received its first Michelin star, placing it among the European gastronomic elite.
Located in Moltkes Palæ on Dronningens Tværgade street in Copenhagen, AOC - which stands for Aarø & Co. rather that ‘appellation d’origine contrôlée’ – changed to its current name in August 2009.
