A spokesman for the Chechen separatist movement has condemned Monday’s metro attacks in Moscow, saying that the movement cannot support such attacks.
“What has happened in Moscow is terrible. We are saddened at what has happened and we condemn it. We can never support that type of action,” says Usman Ferzauli, a Denmark-based foreign policy spokesman for Chechnya’s separatist movement.
