The Conservative Party Justice Spokesman Tom Behnke wants all offenders sentenced to more than 30 days to have their offences reported on their criminal records.
“I can’t see the logic in only having some serious crimes on criminal records,” Behnke says, adding that all offences resulting in sentences of over 30 days should be recorded, irrespective of the offence.
