The latest statistics from Statistics Denmark show marginal price rises in the housing sector.
Between the third and fourth quarters of 2009 prices for apartments rose by 0.3 percent while prices for detached and semi-detached housing fell by 0.8 percent. Prices for summer houses remained stable.
