The Eastern High Court has ruled that two TV2 employees do not have to reveal their sources in connection with the high profile case of who leaked sensitive military information to the media in 2007. A lower court previously ordered the two employees to disclose their sources.
At the same time, the court ruled that the Danish Broadcasting Corporation does not have to release an audio file of a conversation taped by a DR employee that purports to disclose who leaked the information.
