Restaurant Noma in Copenhagen can now stock up its booking ledgers even further following the announcement on Monday night that it has won the San Pellegrino Awards as the Number 1 of the world’s 50 best restaurants.
Known as the Oscar of the gastronomic trade, the award is presented by the British Restaurant Magazine and places Noma’s 32-year old chef Rene Redzepi as the primus inter pares of global cooking.
