The Conservative Party Legal Spokesman Tom Behnke has delivered three proposals to the Justice Minister in an attempt to tighten laws involving the naming of those brought before the courts.
“When there is one newspaper in particular that can’t show restraint, politicians must react to protect citizens in this country,” says Behnke, adding that the tabloid Ekstra Bladet is primarily responsible for a need to change the rules.
