Unemployment in Denmark has increased by fifty percent or 77,000 from the first quarter of 2009 to the first quarter of 2010, according to the latest labour force figures from Statistics Denmark.
The figures show the number of Danes who are unemployed but available to the labour market as well as those who are actively seeking jobs.
