An unusual case of catnapping has resulted in the remand of a man in his 40s on charges of violent and threatening behavior in trying to rescue a cat from a neighbour.
The eight-kilo cat in the Copenhagen suburb of Rødovre apparently had the habit of visiting its feline neighbor next door for a bit of hanky panky, but also had the habit of marking out its territory with distinctive squirts around the house.
