The Danish Association of Privates and Corporals is tired of discussions about exit dates from Afghanistan, saying that withdrawal from Afghanistan depends on when the Afghan security forces are able to take over.
“We go when we are ordered to, and we will withdraw when we are ordered to,” says Association Chairman Flemming Vinther following NATO Commander Stanley McChrystal’s statement that a phased withdrawal from Afghanistan can realistically begin in July 2011.
