Electricity back in Copenhagen

Traffic lights are working again in Copenhagen following a power outage which shut off electricity supply to some 22,000 inhabitants and shops in the centre of the city.

Dong Energy says the outage, which was the result of a short circuit in a high voltage cable, has now been fixed.
