A thunderstorm of dimensions has passed over Denmark during the night, showering some 30,000 bolts of lightning across the country.
Zealand was particularly hard hit, although the rest of the country was also affected as heavy rain and winds, thunder and lightning drew a path across the country. Some 27 fires were started by lightning.
