Amagerbankens extraordinary general meeting has not produced any new funders to pluck the ailing bank out of its financial problems, according to Board notes in connection with today’s meeting.
In the notes, Amagerbankens Director Jørgen Brændstrup says that “there are no formal guarantees or undertakings from either current or new investors”.
