One of the most controversial programmes in the Nordic region at the moment is the right-wing Sweden Democrat immigration film – a film that Swedish broadcasters have declined to show and which prompted Danish Liberal, Conservative and Danish People’s Party politicians to question Sweden’s election democracy.
Not only have Swedish broadcasters declined to show the film, but it appears that no Swedish production company was willing to produce the film – so it was produced in Denmark by three Danish companies, according to B.T..
