The Leader of the Danish People’s Party Pia Kjærsgaard has decided to go to neighbouring Sweden to lend her support to the nationalist Sweden Democrats as the Sept. 19 Swedish general election approaches.
The visit, which will take place for an election meeting in Höganäs on Saturday, comes in the midst of a debate about censorship against and bullying of the Sweden Democrats, and following a vitriolic attack on Denmark and the Danish People’s Party by Sweden’s Social Democratic Leader Mona Sahlin.
