The Danish lamp producer Louis Poulsen Lighting, which among others produces the renowned PH Lamp, has accepted an out of court fine of DKK 1.3 million for having dictated consumer prices to its dealers, according to the Competition and Consumer Authority.
Under Danish antitrust rules, producers are not permitted to dictate consumer prices.
