The Norwegian Supreme Court has thrown out an appeal by Scandinavian Airlines System against verdicts of having unlawfully gained access to a competitor’s strategic information, and has ordered SAS to pay NOK 160 million in damages, according to VG.

SAS was sentenced on March 16, 2010, but appealed the verdict to the Supreme Court.
