Four people are seriously ill and 39 others have been hospitalised following an accident at a supermarket in Greenland.

According to Greenland Radio a total of 43 people were hospitalised as a result of toxic fumes in connection with work to renew the floor of the cooperative supermarket in Maniitsoq (Sukkertoppen) in western Greenland. Those ill are either workmen or supermarket personnel.
