Police have served a preliminary charge for breach of confidentiality on a person in the so-called Leak Case, regarding information leaked to the media about a Special Forces operation to Iraq in 2007, the police solicitor has confirmed.
DR’s news programme says that two independent sources have confirmed to the station that the person concerned is a former head of press relations at the Ministry of Defence.
