The DFDS ferry Pearl of Scandinavia is again on its way to Copenhagen after fire broke out on a car deck on board early this morning. According to the authorities, the fire has been extinguished and there are no plans to evacuate the 650 passengers on board.
The vessel is slowly making way to Copenhagen accompanied by the Swedish coastguard and several Danish and Swedish helicopters.
