The government’s majority for its immigration pact is intact following a Liberal Party Parliamentary Group meeting, with sceptics within the group now having been convinced to support the government.

Earlier today, the majority of 90 votes came into doubt following a media statement by former minister Britta Schall Holberg (Lib) in which she said she required more informaiton on the details of the package before deciding how to vote.
