The fire on the vehicle deck of DFDS’s Oslo to Copenhagen Pearl of Scandinavia ferry opn Wednesday was probably started by an extension wire to an electrical car that was being re-charged.
According to DR, the owner of the vehicle has admitted that he is probably the one who caused the fire after purchasing an extension lead in Norway with which he hoped to re-charge his vehicle on the ferry overnight.
