Denmark’s upcoming bridge across the Fehmarn Belt to Germany risks leaving Sweden out in the cold and calls for a new connection across, or rather under, the Øresund Strait between Helsingør and Helsingborg, according to an IBU Øresundsprojekt analysis.

The IBU Øresundsprojekt is a project supported by local councils, regions and authorities on both sides of the strait and is designed to study infrastructure and city development on both sides of the Øresund.
