Battle was joined yesterday evening on TV2 when Finance Minister Claus Hjort Frederiksen and the Socialist People’s Party’s Finance Spokesman Ole Sohn crossed swords on economic policy, resulting in a broken glass, accusations of lies and two rather heated combatants.
The issue of property taxes became the main target of heated contention between the two when Hjort Frederiksen claimed that Ole Sohn, through the Social Democratic and Socialist People’s Party joint economic plan was looking to increase property tax.
