Local Government Denmark (KL), which represents Denmark’s 98 local authorities, is proposing a radical change to Denmark’s welfare principles by making advantaged patients supply their own rehabilitation, advice and other forms of help, according to Berlingske Tidende.
Under the current system, all patients are given the same treatment, irrespective of social standing.
