The National Union of Filipino Seafarers Crewing Danish Ships (FILDAN) has written to the Danish government for information on the fate of Filipino crewmembers of The Leopard, who were abducted by pirates in the Gulf of Aden 8 days ago.
“It is very disappointing that until now, there has not been any public information on the current situation of the abducted seafarers. There is no confirmation on their safety and security,” FILDAN says.
