The Kiin Kiin restaurant in Copenhagen is now the only Michelin-starred Thai restaurant in the world after Nahm at the Halkin Hotel in London has lost its starred status.
“It’s very sad. We got the idea for our restaurant from Nahm and I have eaten there lots of times,” says Kiin Kiin’s owner Henrik Yde.
