The Aarhus constituency Conservative organisation has unanimously re-appointed the Conservative Political Spokeswoman Henriette Kjær as its candidate to contest this year’s general election, despite controversy surrounding her private finances.
“Henriette gave a brief, satisfactory summary of the issue. And then we discussed politics,” says Aarhus Conservative Electoral Association Chairman Bent Lønskov, adding that the media disclosures about Kjær’s private finances are not a problem for her political work.
