Ahead 6-3, 5-4 and 40-30 in the second set of her match against China’s Na Li, World No. 1 Caroline Wozniacki seemed a safe bet for the Australian Open finals – but it was not to be.
After Wozniacki dropped a second-set match ball, Na Li went on to win the set 7-5 and also took the final set 6-3 to make her the first ever Chinese Grand Slam finalist.
