Six Somalis who have been held aboard the Danish anti-piracy warship Esbern Snare for over a month have been released following a decision by the Special Prosecutor for International Crime to drop the case against them.
The Eastern High Court in Copenhagen has previously ruled that the six could be prosecuted in Denmark.
