SKAT has quarantined some 2,400 people who are believed to use the automatic tax returns system to key in fictitious deductions, according to metroXpress.
“Those who we have stopped from using the TastSelv (Key-in yourself) system are typically people who we have caught fiddling deductions. As we are particularly focusing on irregularities in the TastSelv system, we expect the number of those quarantined to increase over the year,” says Richard Hanlov of the Tax Ministry.
