A controversial brain scientist, who has been suspended from Copenhagen University, was sentenced to a suspended three month sentence in December for fraud, forgery and false accusations.
News of the sentence was released Monday after Milena Penkowa decided to withdraw an appeal against the verdict and sentence, resulting in a ban on naming her being lifted.
