The tense situation in and around Benghazi has caused thousands of civilians to begin fleeing the city, fearing their fate at the hands of those forces loyal to Col. Gaddafi who have begun entering Libya’s second city, according to politiken.dk’s reporter Bo Søndergaard.
As the situation in the opposition stronghold became more tense, and leaders of a coalition of the willing sat down in Paris to discuss who would be taking part in enforcing UN Security Council Resolution 1973, families piled into vehicles to flock out of Benghazi.
