Schønnemann has been resurrected as one of the city’s best luncheon restaurants devoted to the best smorgasbord around – for example caramel herring and herring tartar. Many of the Danish open sandwiches cost between DKK 60 and DKK 100, and few people would be able to eat more than two of them with a glass of beer.
