The Social Liberals, who like the government are looking to abolish early retirement, have said they will not accept a proposal from the government’s normally loyal support Danish People’s Party (DPP) to maintain the system but with a 40-year rule.
The Social Liberals, Danish People’s Party, Social Democrats, Liberals and Conservatives are all part of the first phase of negotiations of the government’s 2020 Plan proposal, which includes the abolition of early retirement.
