Denmark’s Integration Ministry is to annul the expulsion last year of 14 Roma who were detained by police and expelled within 24 hours.
The administrative expulsion by the Immigration Service, which included a ban on entry into Denmark for 2 years, has been deemed contrary to Danish law and EU rules according to a letter sent to defence attorneys by the Integration Ministry.
