Ministry approved weapons export to Libya

Danish F-16s have been on some 127 missions in Libya since the international coalition began operations, but a year ago Denmark approved the delivery of anti-aircraft technology to the country, according to documents Information has received.

In April 2010, the Justice Ministry approved the development and supply of software for Libya from Denmark’s Terma company by way of a British weapons producer. Approval was given after the Foreign Ministry had supported the application.
