The Finance and Employment ministry has determined that the Danish People’s Party’s proposal on how to improve the Danish economy in 2020 cannot be activated before sometime between 2040 and 2050, according to Berlingske.
The ministry has studied the DPP proposal only to allow early retirement for those who have been on the Danish labour market for a minimum of 40 years, but found that it will not have the necessary effect in time.
