Denmark’s Foreign Minister Lene Espersen said Osama bin Laden’s death was a ‘major symbolic victory’ for the world community.
“Osama bin Laden has been of major importance for al-Qaeda and his death leaves a vacuum for a terrorist organisation that was already under heavy pressure,” Lene Espersen tells TV2 News but added that “the battle against terrorism is not over”.
