Air Greenland has cancelled its flights to Copenhagen Monday as a result of a cloud of ash from Iceland's Grimsvotn volcano which has covered an area from eastern Greenland southwards over Iceland.
As a result, Icelandic air space authorities have closed air space above 6,000 metres in a corridor normally used by flights from Kangerlussuaq (Sdr. Strømfjord).
