Denmark will also be feeling the effects of Iceland’s Grímsvötn volcano this afternoon as prevailing winds bring its ash cloud over the country, according to forecasts from the British Met Office, which is responsible for forecasting the cloud’s movements.
The forecast shows that a tongue of the ash cloud will reach North Jutland at around noon and by this evening will have covered all of Denmark, but in relatively low concentrations.
